1.DOP

Dioctyl phthalate (DOP) is a kind of organic ester compound and a common plasticizer.

Dioctyl phthalate is an important general plasticizer, which is mainly used for processing PVC resin, chemical fiber resin, acetate resin, ABS resin, rubber and other polymers, as well as paint, dye, dispersant and so on.

General purpose DOP: widely used in plastics, rubber, paint, emulsifier and other industries. The plasticized PVC can be used to make artificial leather, agricultural film, packing material, cable, etc.

Electrical DOP: it has all the properties of general DOP, but also has good electrical insulation performance, mainly used in the production of wires and electricity.

Food grade DOP: mainly used to produce food packaging materials.

Medical grade DOP: mainly used in the production of medical and health products, such as disposable medical devices and medical packaging materials.

1.Production application
Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP)  is a main plasticizer for cellulose resin and PVC,especially for cellulose nitrate coating ,it offers good solubility ,dispersion and adhesion,capacity,it can work with dye for the dying of membrane,manmade leather and plastic product,it also can be used as softener of rubber.

3.DOTP

Dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) is a main plasticizer with excellent performance for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastics. Compared with the currently commonly used d iisopropyl phthalate (DOP), it has the advantages of heat resistance, cold resistance, hard volatilization, anti extraction, good softness and electrical insulation. It shows excellent durability, soapy water resistance and low softness in products. Due to its low volatility, the use of DOTP can fully meet the requirements of wire and cable temperature resistance grade. It can be widely used in 70 ºC resistant cable materials (IEC standards) and other PVC soft products.

Application

It si one of most popular plasticizers having excellent performance, such as good blending capacity, high  efficiency, low volatility, anti cold and hot low offset, waterproof and anti-UV, good capacity. It can be  used in PVC, PE and cellulose, such as film, cable, artificial leather, pipe, sheet material, mold plastic, or used as softener of rubber.
